Nick Thompson Nick Thompson
Nick started producing sounds on the Commodore Amiga on a very early version of Octamed, creating random patterns of music and the like before in 1997 starting to play around with Magix Music Maker and Cubase. By about 2001 Nick had moved onto using Reason to start to create some very clubby/cheesey trance. In 2004 he moved to FL Studio which he still uses to this day alongside Cubase SX 3 and a multitude of VST plugins.

2005 saw the biggest advent in Nick's production career with the release of Spice Fire on Electronic Elements via a Markus Schulz Coldharbour Sampler(Sample available on Discography page). Soon after came the release of Deep Level Lines followed by remixes and original tracks again all of these can be seen and heard on the discography page.

The future for Nick in 2007 and beyond looks bright with such comments as in the recent Mixmag review for Synaptic Sex:

"Nick & James are two producers to watch out for in 2007"

Nick's music has been playlisted by big name DJ's such as Armin van Buuren, Markus Schulz, Perry O'Neil, Paul Oakenfold, DJ Tiesto, and more. Nick is currently signed to Netherlands based Armada Music (Coldharbour/Electronic Elements), Lost Language, Alter Ego, Real Music and Active Records.
